AUTHORIZATION CONTRACT FOR DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENTS
AUTHORIZATION.
- By means of this document and through my signature, I, AGREGAR NOMBRE DEL CLIENTE (hereinafter referred to as "The Client"), authorize
AGREGAR NOMBRE DE LA EMPRESA QUE COBRARÁ S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as "The Company") to process automatic charges through the
CREDIT/DEBIT card.
I acknowledge that the payments will be automatically charged and processed according to the billing cycle and deadlines established for the monthly payments
agreed upon in the PURCHASE CONTRACT, starting from the date of signature of this document.
CANCELLATIONS. -
I acknowledge that I may cancel this direct debit authorization at any time without incurring any penalties. To do so, I must
notify The Company in writing at least 35 business days before the relevant billing date.
Once the direct debit is canceled, I agree to revert to the conventional payment method agreed upon in the
PURCHASE CONTRACT (bank transfer, cash deposit, or another method mutually agreed upon by the parties).
COLLECTION PROCEDURE AND PAYMENT ATTEMPTS. - I acknowledge that The Company will make up to three attempts to charge the previously provided
CRÉDITO / DÉBITO card. These attempts will follow the schedule below:

If all five attempts fail due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or any other reason preventing the charge, I commit to making the payment as
stipulated in the PURCHASE CONTRACT before the due date.
LATE PAYMENT INTEREST AND FAILED PAYMENT FEES. - If I fail to make the payment before the due date stated in the
PURCHASE CONTRACT. I acknowledge that the agreed-upon late payment interest will apply to the outstanding balance. The applicable interest
rate will be 4% calculated from the day after the due date and accruing until full payment is made.
Additionally, if payment attempts fail due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or incorrect details, a failed payment fee of 4% ON UNPAID BALANCES
may be applied and added to the outstanding balance.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES. -
I commit to keeping my CREDIT / DEBIT
card information updated for direct debit payments. Any changes to my banking details must be promptly
communicated to The Company to avoid payment disruptions.
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS OR EXPIRED CARDS
If the charge cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or an expired
card, The Company reserves the right to apply a failed payment fee of 4% ON UNPAID BALANCES,
card information updated for direct debit payments. Any changes to my banking details must be promptly
communicated to The Company to avoid payment disruptions.
CONVENTIONAL PAYMENT
If the direct debit is canceled or if the three payment attempts fail, I must
make the monthly payment using a conventional method before the due
date, in accordance with the terms set forth in the PURCHASE CONTRACT
MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT. - The Company reserves the right
to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement and/or authorization at any time. If changes are made, The
Company will notify The Client in advance, and The Client may accept or reject the modifications.
FULL ACCEPTANCE. - By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and
accepted the stated terms and conditions. I expressly authorize AGREGAR S.A. de C.V. to process direct
debit payments for the monthly installments of my PURCHASE CONTRACT, following the procedures described herein.
Additionally, I accept the application of late payment interest, failed payment fees, and other charges that may arise from the payment process.
Accordingly, this authorization is granted on the AGREGAR of AGREGAR in the year AGREGAR.
